| The Micro-Perfusion Pump Provides two flow-rates through two separate tubes driven by one spindle. The slower flow-rate tubing, marked with a black band, is used for the media supply and the faster flow-rate side, without black band, is used for aspiration. The height of media in the dish is then determined by the height adjustment of the pick up tube. This enables continuous flow to be maintained. Perfusion tubes are positioned by the Hinged Perfusion Supports. |
